Speckle Park Cow

Mounted head of a beautiful Speckle Park Cow. The head has been mounted with great attention to detail and has a friendly look. As the name implies, Canadian Speckle Park Cattle originated in Saskatchewan, Canada. Breeders wanted to produce a specimen that produced excellent meat, which they proved with this delicious breed of cattle. These cows were developed in 1959 after extensive crossbreeding. Once the right result was achieved for the breed, it grew in popularity and formed its own Canadian Speckle Park Association in 1985.
