Pair of Italian Lions

These two supine lions, inspired from the work of Antonio Canova(1757-1822) and coming from the Royal Palace "Reggia Di Caserta" built by the architect Vanvitelli in the Grand Tour period, are marked with the seal "C.H Edmond, Paris." They're sold as a pair, on large rectangular bases, and will grace a bigger console.
