Hermes' Fragment - Gold Bronze This bust represents Hermes, son of Zeus and messenger of the gods. It is a fragment of an imperial period statue, probably made around 350 BC. The bust presented here is a so-called "fragment of Gloden bronze" with a very elegant oxidized golden bronze patina. The statue weighs 7.2 kg.
