Transport damage:

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a shipped product is damaged.Of course, we try to prevent this by packing the shipment very carefully.

When your shipment arrives, please check it immediately.

Check the packaging on the outside and check the product sent. In the unlikely event of damage, please notify us within 24 hours by sending an e-mail to: info@beast-interiors.com.

We would like to receive photos of the damage (and the packaging) so that it can be assessed immediately. The sooner you report it, the sooner we will get to work to resolve it.

Quality & Transport – Antler lamps

Our antler lamps are manufactured with the utmost care and thoroughly tested for electrical operation and general functionality prior to shipment. We ensure that each one leaves our workshop in perfect condition.

The transport of our products is organized with great care and is insured against physical transport damage. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee electrical failures that occur during transport, as they are beyond our control.

Important: In the event that customers return antler lamps to us or transport them themselves, we also cannot accept liability for electrical defects or damage that occurs during this return or re-shipment.

We therefore advise customers to use a reliable, insured carrier and to pack the lamps properly when returning them. Any damage or defects caused by our own transportation or improper handling are not covered by our warranty.
