The Cassina LC4 chaise lounge was designed in 1928 by the Swiss architect Le Corbusier. Le Corbusier worked with the architects Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand. The design was very innovative at the time because it was one of the first to use industrial materials instead of wood.
